Leadership is the great lifter. How we lead from the podium impacts the performance, character, and atmosphere of our ensemble. This session will share how we can incorporate leadership principles into our own conducting and teaching in order raise our own bar in order to empower and engage our students at the highest level. A list of easy to use, tangible strategies will be presented that you can apply at your next rehearsal.
