What you will need to have ready when you fill out the application to present at IMES 2025:

• Contact information such as a valid email address, phone number, and mailing address.

• Presentation Title

• Presentation Abstract in 350 words or less.

• 3-4 Session Objectives

• Up to date professional headshot

  
  In addition, if selected, presenters must:

• Have a dedicated, ROBUST internet connection.

• Have all hardware required for excellent online presenting [microphone, camera].

• Watch all online training opportunities provided by International Music Education Summit management team.

• Have a strong desire to provide quality educational content to help music educators.

• Be willing to pre-record your session if requested by IMES Management

• All presentations must be in English

• Consider offering free content downloads and/or digital handouts with your session

• PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER FEBRUARY 20 WILL BE WAIT-LISTED.
  
  Presenters receive complimentary access to all areas of the Summit: educational workshops and presentations, talks, concerts, and the Teacher's Lounge. You will also be provided a registration discount code for your friends, colleagues, and anyone else that would like to join the Summit.
