Kirsten Meyer

Kirsten Meyer is the general music/chorus teacher at Jefferson Elementary in the Westfield Public Schools. Prior to coming to Westfield, Kirsten taught band and general music at Stockbridge Valley, near Syracuse, New York and elementary general music and chorus in the Clifton Public Schools. Kirsten holds a Bachelor in Music and a Masters in Music Education from Syracuse University. She is fully certified in Orff-Schulwerk, completing her levels at the Eastman School of Music and has completed the first level of World Music Drumming. Additionally, she is a certified First Steps and Conversational Solfege educator. In her free time Kirsten plays the french horn, loves to travel, and especially loves to spend time with her husband and two dogs.
