Instead, work and life exist in tandem and should be addressed as such. The truth is, creating healthy boundaries is one of the highest forms of self-respect. Boundaries are about honoring yourself so you can show up with more calm and ease instead of stress and resentment. We will explore how to create and uphold your boundaries so you can show up as your best-self for your students. Participants will learn how to recognize when something is out of alignment and various strategies to re-establish a healthy work/life blend through healthy boundaries.
