LeslieAnne Bird teaches middle school general music and chorus at University School in Shaker Heights, Ohio, is an adjunct lecturer for preservice music teachers at Akron State and Cleveland State. She has 28 years experience teaching general music to children in pre-k-12th grade in public schools in four states.

Mrs. Asibuo-Ramos holds a Master of Arts in Teaching (Music) from Lehman College, a B.A. in Literature and a B.M. in Music (Summa Cum Laude) from SUNY Purchase,. As an active lyric Soprano and independent music professional, Mrs. Asibuo-Ramos can be heard in numerous solo and ensemble recitals, concerts, operas, galas, and services throughout the Tri State area. She has performed the role of “Despina” in Mozart's Cosi Fan Tutte, “Amahl” in Amahl and the Night Visitors, roles in The Dialogues of the Carmelites, Hansel and Gretel, and in Monteverdi's Coronazione di Poppea.

Following her teaching years, she spent nearly a decade assisting directors in choosing literature for their choirs, and curating selections for dozens of choral reading sessions at Senseney Music in Wichita, KS.
